What role does analogue play in your process?
I’ve handwritten over a decade of my life's everyday experiences in several notebooks. I collage. I garden. I prefer film and the technology of production when it is practical, big and mechanical.

I believe that the best ideas don’t come on command, they come from wading through tides of emotions, daily chores and the mundane moments of life. Driving your car. Washing your hair. Staring out the window. Boredom. Doing things with your hands. Rooting yourself in the simplicity of everyday life and being struck with imagination is an act of god.
